What a Tune-Up Includes

  • Nozzle and oil filter replacement on oil-fired equipment
  • Combustion efficiency and carbon monoxide safety testing
  • Cleaning the burner and heat exchanger of soot
  • Testing safety controls, including the low water cutoff and emergency shutoff
  • Checking the expansion tank, system pressure and purging air
