This project was a multi-day transformation, replacing an old system with a brand-new Navien boiler and Viessmann water heater. This is a great example of why professional installation and maintenance are critical. We serviced this Navien combi-boiler, which was improperly vented and recycling flue gases through its intake. Our team corrected the venting, made key adjustments to the system piping to ensure proper function, and added our preferred air eliminator, the Discal® 551 from Caleffi North America. Now, the system is running safely and efficiently, just as it was designed to.
Piping boilers is one of our specialties. We’re committed to setting up every system for long-term serviceability using only the highest quality materials. On this project, we ran all new gas piping from the tanks, installed two new regulators, and integrated a Navien NHB-H boiler with a Viessmann 300-V 42-gallon water heater. This new system will provide this homeowner with endless hot water and significantly improved efficiency.
This installation features a Buderus Oil Boiler paired with a Viessmann Vitocell 42 Gallon Indirect Water Heater. This combination—specifically, the high-efficiency Buderus boiler coupled with a Riello burner—represents one of the finest heating system combinations available on the market today.
